Terms & Conditions

Upon booking your chosen service, you have agreed to our terms and conditions.

These are as stated below:

1. Upon booking your service you will be sent a payment link for 30% of the service cost. This must be paid a week before the appointment date, otherwise the appointment will be cancelled. The 30% charge is non refundable and only transferable once if more than 48 hours notice is given. It is taken off of the appointment on completion.

 

2. We do not offer refunds however, we will offer to amend any issues you have. Any issues need to be discussed within the first week after your appointment, otherwise you will be charged for a full service.

 

3. We are within our right to refuse service if we do not believe it will have a positive affect of the health of your hair.

 

4. Under 16's are not legally allowed to have their hair chemically altered. Therefore during any chemical service we do not allow under 16's in the salon. If you bring anyone under 16, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be sent another payment link for 30% of the new appointment.

 

5. We do not under any circumstances accept cheques as a form of payment. Appointments must be paid in full before you leave the premises.

 

6. If you do not arrive to you appointment within our 15 minutes grace period, we may need to either alter or cancel your appointment.
